Discover a new way of working

I’m Belinda Morgan, a flexible work and leadership specialist.

It has always been important to me to do interesting and meaningful work, and to do it with a degree of freedom.

In my work as a consultant I’ve seen firsthand how cultures of ‘hustle and profit above all else’ can be so damaging to people’s wellbeing, as well as to productivity and results.

I’ve also seen, and experienced in my own life, the huge positive difference it can make when you’re able to find work that is both fulfilling and flexible.

Having great work to focus on is so important. It’s a significant driver of happiness. But there is so much more to enjoy and experience in life, and if we let overworking consume us (even if it’s work we love), we end up relegating everything else to the sidelines.

The good news is that the flexible work landscape has changed dramatically in recent years, and we can all take advantage of the increasing acceptance of and understanding of its many benefits.

Need advice on implementing flexible working for yourself or your team? I can help.
