If you’re looking for flexible work there are a growing number of Australian organisations who are on a mission to support you. Here’s my pick of three of the best:

Beam Australia

Beam helps part-time professionals find great roles and smart employers find high quality, hidden talent. They are big advocates of part-time work being the key to moving the needle on workplace gender equality.

Beam are definitely the best job marketplace to keep an eye on if you are looking for part time-work, as they only list genuine part-time roles (and none of the ‘full-time flexible roles’ that make up a lot of the listings on other sites).

They also have a great blog with informative and entertaining articles about the flexible work landscape.

Work180

Work180’s purpose is to empower every woman to choose a workplace where they can thrive. As an advocate for working women, they provide job applicants with a directory of endorsed employers who support diversity, inclusion, equality and, of course, flexible work.

They are also a job marketplace, and the best one to keep an eye on if you are looking for full-time flexible work, as they have a high volume of these roles being advertised on a regular basis.

Circle in

If you’re a working parent, or soon to become one, then this site is for you (whether you currently work flexibly or not). Circle in provide advice, resources and practical tools to help you manage the juggle.

If you’re an employer, you will also want to look at their platform that provides your parents, managers and HR with tools that facilitate productivity and connection.
