A TIP

If you’re feeling overwhelmed at work and at home, grab a cup of tea and take 10 minutes to write a list of the things that you have on your plate this coming week (both work and personal). This simple step alone can be a great starting point for regaining a sense of control.

The next step is to see if you can ditch, delegate or outsource at least one thing on your list.

A QUOTE

"Instead of gritting your teeth and forcing your body and mind to work punishing hours and “lean in” until you reach your goals, the counterintuitive solution might be to walk away. Pushing harder isn’t helping us anymore.” ― Celeste Headlee, Do Nothing: How to Break Away from Overworking, Overdoing, and Underliving

A QUESTION

What is one leisure activity that you would love to spend more time doing? How could you weave a tiny bit of it into this coming week?
