How much time will the course take?

It will be different for everyone, but approximately 1-2 hours per module. And you don’t need to worry if life gets in the way. You have lifetime access to the course content.

How will I find the time when I’m already flat out juggling work and life?

Great question! Almost anything worth doing takes a little bit of time though. And a big focus of the course is on how to optimise your time so that you are no longer working hours well beyond what you are paid to do. Think of the course as an upfront investment in freeing up lots of time for future you.

How long will I get access to the course?

For the lifetime of the course. 

Is it really possible to work part-time in a senior level role?

It really and truly is! And there are plenty of people out there proving it. The course includes stories and tips from 10 senior leaders across a range of industries who have successfully worked part-time over many years. 


Can anyone who is working part-time do this course?

Absolutely. Only one of the six modules is specifically focussed on leadership capabilities, and even this one will have plenty of applicability if you lead projects or spend time mentoring more junior colleagues.

Is this course for people working in job share arrangements too?

Although the core focus is on part-time roles that are not job share, there is a lot of the course content that will be relevant to you. Just to be clear though, there is no specific guidance on how to find and collaborate with a job share partner, or how to craft job share roles.
