Theme: Job Sharing
A TIP
I've spoken to lots of people recently who would love to job share but don't know how to go about finding a job share partner.
There are a couple of ways you can approach this.
The first, and most obvious, is to look at your network. Is there someone you've worked well with in the past who might be interested in the idea? Or could people in your network connect you with potential job share partners?
The second is to look for organisations that specialise in connecting job share partners. Gemini 3 (Australia) and Wejobshare (Europe) are two great examples that have entered the market in recent years.
A QUOTE
“Job share has been proven to increase the productivity of a role by 30%. This is possible by matching complementary skills and having two brains collectively focusing on the challenges.” ― Sarah Liu, Co-founder of Gemini 3
A QUESTION
If you are looking to move to a part-time work arrangement what's holding you back from exploring job sharing as an option?
